Thanks for the tapenade recipe. I love tapenade and have always been meaning to make it, but never got round to it. I've got several tapenade recipes but I'll print your recipe out and have a go.

I'm going to try it too. I got a recipe once from a neighbour. I never got round to making it, lost the recipe and now she's moved away.

The trick with making tapenade is to experiment with those variable ingredients to suit your own taste. Some folk don't like anchovies, some don't want too much garlic. Play around with it, and you'll get the pitch. But when it's right for you, home-made tapenade is as good as it gets. Enjoy.
